Moreover, at Baan Haad Yao Villa , we serve original Thai food as well as international cuisine, prepared by our professional staffs, at a reasonable price in a wide open air restaurant decorating in Thai Style.
Haad Yao or "Long Beach"is thought to be one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Phangan with a wide cove flanked by steep rock peninsulas surrounding nearly one kilometre of perfect white sand. - Free pick-up service from Thong Sala Pier or Haad Rin Pier to the Resort. Please contact the Resort for pick-up service at least 1 day before arrival.
- Transfer surcharge from the Resort to Thong Sala Pier is 100 THB per person and free of charge for children under 12 years old.
- Transfer surcharge from the Resort to Haad Rin Pier is 200 THB per person and free of charge for children under 12 years old.
- All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST for 2 people.
- Extra bed surchage is 600 THB per night including breakfast.
- Extra bed for Promotion Period : 200 THB exclude breakfast.

- Christmas Reservations: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 24th December only.
- Compulsory Christmas Day Gala Dinner: 1,500 THB (Adult), and 800 THB (Child aged 6 - 12 years old).
- New Year Reservations: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 29th December only.
- Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner: 1,500 THB (Adult), and 800 THB (Child aged 6 - 12 years old).
