- Free transfer from Thong Sala Pier to the Resort only.
- All room prices INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
- Rates are for 2 people sharing in a room. Except Exclusive Room 2 Beds (1D/1S)] rate is for 3 persons.
- Extra bed is available for Superior and Deluxe at 600 THB per night including breakfast.
- No baby cot available.
- Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
- Children under 4 years old free of charge.
- Free of charge for children aged 4 - 10 years old sharing the bed with parents. More than one child per room, extra bed will be needed, charge 600 THB per night including breakfast.
- Safety deposit box is available.

- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date is at least 4 days before Full Moon date.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 20th December only.
- Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: 1,000 THB per person (Adult) and 500 THB per person (Child under 10).
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 28th December only.
- Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner 1,000 THB per person (Adult) and 500 THB per person (Child under 10).
