Dream Hill Bungalows is a family-run bungalow located on Had Yao --one of the most beautiful beaches on Phangan Island. All bungalows are up on hill but it's just 5 minutes away down to the beach. You can see stunning view of the whole bay and surrounded by nature with beautiful moutain view.
Had Yao, or "long beach" is amongst the top three beaches on the island, and the most popular on the sunset side of Koh Pha Ngan. It has a one kilometre stretch of white sand that is wide enough to play football on, great swimming, sunset views and more than enough space to allow for it's ever expanding popularity; many consider it the "perfect" beach. Had Yao has developed over the years in harmony with the beautiful surroundings, retaining its natural splendor and laid back vibe that drew the first travellers here. Sandy Bay has been a great influence on the development of the area, building to high standards whilst embracing the nature that surrounds the resort.
There're both fan rooms/ bungalows & air-con rooms/ bungalows with or without hot water provided. Dream Hill restaurant offers you both Thai and Western cuisine at reasonable price. Morevoer, you can view spectacular scenery from the restaurant.

| RESORT BOOKING DETAILS: |
- Transfer service is available. Maximum 8 - 10 persons. Please call the Bungalow for transfer request 1 day before arrival.
- From/ to Thong Sala to /from the Bungalow at 100 THB per person.
- From/ to Had Rin to /from the Bungalow at 150 THB per person.
- If there're less than 5 persons per trip, transfer fee is 500 THB per trip and 700 THB per trip.
- Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
- Safety deposit box is available. Please contact the reception.
- Room prices of Fan Rooms/ Bungalows include free coffee (1 cup per day), Air-Con Bungalows include free toast, butter, and coffee (1 set per day), and Top View Bungalows include breakfast.
- All room prices EXCLUDE BREAKFAST except Wooden Fan Bungalows (1 free cup of coffee per day included) and Top View Air-Con Bungalows (Breakfast included).
- Extra bed will be provided only in Wooden Fan Bungalows and Top View Air-Con Bungalows. Extra bed price is 200 THB per night (1 free cup of coffee included for Wooden Fan Bungalows and Breakfast included for Top View Air-Con Bungalows ).
- No baby cot available.

| RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS: |
- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date is at least 2 days before Full Moon date only.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay 5 nights, and arrival date must be between the 28th-30th December only.
