| RESORT BOOKING DETAILS: |
- Full Pre Payment is required.
- All Room Type are for 2 persons. Extra bed surcharge THB800 incl. breakfast, and maximum of 1 extra bed.
- Free transfer from Tong Sala Pier 12:00 pm. - 1.00 pm, other route THB200 per person each way and minimum 2 persons. Transfer one guest will be added up to minimum 2 person requirement.
- Transfers from Haad Rin areas to the resort THB400 per person each way and minimum 3 people. Transfers one or two guests will be added up to minimum 3 person requirement.
- Rates for Superior Villa, Deluxe Villa, and Beach Villa are based on double occupancy and maximum occupancy is 4 people. Additional person in existing bay-window sofa : Adult :800THB per night, child 4-11 years : 150 THB per night is applicable for all accommodation categories.
- Rate for Beach Pool Villa are based on double occupancy and maximum occupancy 3 people.
- Rate for Penthouse Two Bedrooms apply for and occupancy 4 to 6 people maximum.
- All Villas have Outdoor Hydro Spa Tub and Beach-Pool Villa also has private swimming pool, the resort does not allow parents with young children under 3 years old to book every villa.
- The official Check-in Time after 12.00 pm. and Check-out Time before 10.00 am.
- Early Check-in and late Check-out subject to room availability.
Child Policy:
- No charge for the first child 4-11 years sharing room with one or two adults using existing bed, and maximum of 1 extra roll-away bed or cot WITHOUT ABF. optional ABF 150 THB.
- And every child must be mentioned on reservation.

- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during Full Moon Period.
- Compulsory gala dinner on 24 Dec. and 31 Dec. adult THB1500, child THB750 each.

| WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT: |
- After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
- Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
- If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
- The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
- For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
- If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
