Welcome to the website of Amaresa Resort!
The resort is located on the Island Koh Phangan, just a couple of kilometers off the East Coast of Thailand. Famous for the monthly held Full Moon Party, Koh Phangan is situated between the Island Koh Samui and Koh Tao.
The sea view bungalows offer spectacular views of the sunrise and the Haad Rin Beach on the east side.
Find yourself relaxing in a hammock at your bungalow, gazing at the sea and listening to the sound of the ocean waves breaking against the coastline consisting of rocks and cliffs. Allow yourself to be lost in the moment.
Enjoy an ice-cold beer or watermelon shake at the sky bar overlooking the sunset and the contours of the Island Koh Samui on the west side and the Haad Rin Beach on the East side. Connect to our wi-fi network with your laptop and stay in touch with your family and friends back home. At night, keep an eye out for the shooting stars during the star spotting sessions.
Feel the need for some action? A fifteen minute walk down the sand road takes you to the bustling village of Haad Rin, where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, internet cafes and tour agents for all your traveling, tours and excursion needs.
To accommodate you during your stay with us, we offer you the following services:

- Motor bike rental: 200 THB/day;
- Laundry service: 60 THB/kg;
- Organized tours (ask at reception).
Because we are situated on the mountain, you will find our prices for the motor bike rental and laundry service slightly higher than offered by our colleagues down at Haad Rin.
The Skybar
In our sky bar you can enjoy having breakfast and lunch or just relax with a drink. The constant sea breeze keeps you cool while the breathtaking views will massage the mind. If you happened to bring along a laptop computer you can even enjoy high speed internet access for free.
Our food menu is simple so you dont have to stress to make a choice. The food is proper and will keep you satisfied.
If you just want to relax and enjoy the sunset, while you knock back a view beers, then you will find our sky bar to be the perfect place.
