- Free transfer from Haad Rin Pier to the Resort only. Please call the Resort for transfer request 1 day before arrival.
- All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST for 2 persons.
- Complimentary: Welcome drink, 2 bottles of drinking water per night per room.
- All room rates are for 2 persons sharing a room. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 children under 12 without extra bed.
- Extra bed is available at 800 THB per night including breakfast.
- No baby cot available.
- Check-in time: 13:00 hrs. Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. 50% of room rate will be applied for late check-out between 12:00 -18:00 hrs.
- No charge for children under 12 years old, when sharing a room with parents without an extra bed.

- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date is between the 28th - the 30th December only.
- Compulsory New Year's eve Gala Dinner at 2,000 Baht per person (Adult) and 1,000 Baht per child (under 15 years old).
