- Room rates are including of breakfast for 2 persons, service charge and all government tax.
- All room types get complimentary fruit basket and welcome drink on arrival day.
- Extra Bed is 2,100 THB/adult, 1,050 THB/child(3-12 years).
- Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours (noon).
- For a late check out to 18:00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily contract rate will be applied.
- In case of NO SHOW or EARLY CHECK OUT, the Hotel will charge the equivalent 100% of the total value of booking in all season.
Transfer

- Children between 4-11 years old and taller than 120 cm will be charge at 70% of adult rates above for Public Ferry.
- For own arrangement of transportation we will have complimentary transfer in from Thong Sala or Haad Rin to Hotel. (time information is needed for this arrangement)
Transportation Terms and Condition:
- Should weather or maintenance prevent transfer by speedboat and alternative will be arranged via public ferry or other modes of transportation. Safety will come first.
- Private speedboat reservation must be made 7 days in advance.
