| RESORT BOOKING DETAILS: |
** On Sunday night and the day after Full Moon Party, guests have to accept any noise from the party without any complain.**
- Full pre-payment is required.
- Price are subjected to change without prior notice.
- Free Transfer from/to Haad Rin Pier. Please contact resort at least 1 day before arrival.
- Transfer service from/to Thong Sala Pier to/from the resort is available, transfer rate is depending on the number of passenger.
- All room rates are INCLUSIVE OF AMERICAN BREAKFAST for 2 persons.
- All room rates are for 2 persons sharing in a room. An extra person will be charged 700 THB per night, and 1500 Baht per night for Pool Terrace and Pool Villa, which includes one American breakfast and mattress.
- Free of charge for child under 12 years old sharing in a same room with parents without extra bed and excluding breakfast. Extra bed and ABF for child under 5 year old is 200 THB, 350 THB for 5-12 year old and 750 THB for child 5-12 year old at Pool Terrace and Pool Villa.
- Baby cot is available for free of charge.
- Check In Time: 14.00 hrs. Check-out time: 12:00 hrs. (noon)
- Wi Fi is available in restaurant and lobby area.
- Safety deposit box is available in each room.

| RESORT BOOKING RESTRICTIONS: |
- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date is at least 1 days before Full Moon date.
- Compulsory Cocktails on the day before Full Moon 750 THB per person and 300 THB per child during 6-12 year old.
- Christmas & New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 10 nights, and arrival date is at least 5 day before 24th Dec or 29th Dec.
- Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner 2,900 Baht per person and 1,450 THB per child during 6 -12 year old.

| THE FULL MOON PARTY DATES DO SOMETIMES CHANGE DUE TO BUDDHIST HOLIDAYS |
| WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT: |
- After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
- Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
- If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
- The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
- For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
- If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case. Reservations with arrival date within 1 month of the date payment received strictly NO REFUND.
