Ocean View has 12 concrete rooms built either on the beach or hill side, each with attached private toilet and furnished nicely. As Had Khom beach is quite remote, it has yet to be connected to the main electricity supply on the island and so Ocean View and other resorts in the area have to run the electric on a generator and is only available during the hours of 6pm.-7am. The sea breeze tend to keep you cool enough during these hours, and this can make a perfect opportunity for those romantic candle-lit nights.
All bungalows here has built and designed by the idea of Living and Learning by nature so you will be surrounding by sea and trees.

| RESORT BOOKING DETAILS: |
- Ocean View Resort will be annually closed from May 16 until July 14 in the case of sea tide very low.
- Room facilities included fan, hot/cold shower, jumbo hammock, balcony, mosquito net and mosquito coil.
- Resort offers free pick up service at 1 PM. from Center Phamacy (Opposite Siam Commercial Bank - Thongsala Town).Please call resort for transfer request 1 day before arrival.
- All room rates are EXCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Additional person would have to pay for extra bed 300THB per night EXCLUDE breakfast.
- No room charge for child under 12 years of age when sharing the same room with parents without extra bed, maximum 2 adults and 1 child.
- No baby cot available.
- One night charge per room will be applied for "No Show" on arrival date.
- Check in time is after 12.00. Check-out time is 10:30 hrs.

- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay 3 nights, arrival date can be on Full Moon date.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay 3 nights, arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay 5 nights, arrival date must be between the 27th - the 30th December only.
