- Full Moon Period Rate will be applied for 5 days before and 5 days after Full Moon Date.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 5 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 10 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 25th December only. Except for Boat House, minimum stay is 5 nights.
