- Transfer from Haad Rin Pier to the Resort is available at 500 THB by van and 250 THB by car for adults per one way. For child ; 300 THB by van and 150 THB by car per one way. Please call the Resort for transfer request 1 day before arrival.
- Extra Bed and Extra Person is 1,000 Baht per night including breakfast.

- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 2 nights, and arrival date is at least 1 day before Full Moon date. (24 Dec 2009 - 10 Jan 2010 requires a Minimum Stay for 5 nights).
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 24rd December only.
- Christmas Eve Compulsory Gala Dinner : 1500 THB per adult and 750 per child under 10 years.
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 30th December only.
