"Thought I would give you some honest feedback from my trips that I booked
with you. You have my recommendations to friends and family and please let
me know if there is anything else I can do to help! Just want to say thank you to yourself and the Backpackers Thailand team for putting together a fantastic tour for me. Of all the tours I have done, your Full Moon Party Package was by far the best, most exciting, most diverse and fully organised tour. The choice of accommodation was great as unlike some
of the other guests, I do not like to stay in shared (dorm) hostel rooms.
Backpackers Thailand managed to keep us all together regardless of where we
stayed. The office was always open during the day and the staff was very
approachable and everyone spoke great English which made life easy for me.
The group also felt extremely safe under your care.
Thanks once again Bambi for an amazing Full Moon Party Experience that I
will never forget!
Also, to the Crystal Dive Team and notably Kiwi, our dive instructor, I
would like to say thank you for an amazing tour through the world of diving.
I had never dived before and had only snorkelled for the first time a few
days earlier. The Crystal Dive team trained us and took us out in small
groups of six with 1 instructor and 1 assistant dive master. I felt safe at
all times and never pressured to go beyond my limits or training. Even when
I was the only person in the group to have trouble learning to clear my dive
mask, the instructors patiently walked me through it until I comfortably
mastered the skill. Because of this fantastic service and amazing atmosphere
I decided to stay an extra 4 nights to continue my dive training (Advanced Course).
An amazing life experience - thanks Crystal Dive and thanks Kiwi!

"I loved this trip! I had so much fun at the Full Moon Party, accommodation was within walking distance to everything - the beach, restaurants and bars. Bambi was amazing, got the whole group together and took us to a really cool bar for a few drinks and shared some of his many stories. The day tours within the trip were great, and even in poor weather Bambi made sure that we still had something to do. His team at Backpackers Information Centre were incredible and happy to share their knowledge to make sure my trip was amazing. Koh Tao was probably my favorite part in all of Thailand and the team at Crystal Dive were incredible. Simple accommodation right on the beach, with a great restaurant. My dive instructors were awesome and I felt completely safe and looked after at all times, and loved it so much I even stayed on to complete my Advanced Open Water Certificate! I met some of the best people who I wouldn't have met had I not gone on this trip. I would definitely recommend this trip. Thanks Bambi and team for an amazing experience that I'll never forget!"

*Check the full moon party dates on our full moon section
*Package bookings should be undertaken at least a week prior to Full Moon parties and for high seasons July, August, January, February & March at least two weeks prior to the parties as rooms can get full early.
*Don't forget to take out personal travel insurance that covers you for the activities in the package.
*It may be beneficial to visit a doctor to get a doctors certificate allowing you to dive prior to starting your dive course
*It is not possible to dive with any asthma, respirority conditions, pregnancy or epilepsy.
*Schedule, dive sites & days may change due to weather conditions.

*Please be aware that we cannot accept any responsibility for party dates changing due to buddha days, public holidays, royal events or local and national authority voting days.
*Be aware that the body paint on party nights is non washable and any damage to linen in your rooms will be subject to a fine set by the accommodation

Koh Phangan & the Full Moon Party are the first places you will visit on this package, then it's chill out after all the extreme partying, as you head over to Koh Tao to do your PADI Open Water certification. (There is another package on our 'full moon packages' section if you prefer to do the dive course on Koh Tao first then the Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan after).
Join the fun and frolics on Haadrin Nok beach every night leading up to the famous Full Moon beach party itself! Then after the party we send you over to the dive mecca of the world, Koh Tao, to undertake your 4 day open water course!
To make the package really cost effective and open to backpacker & budget travelers we have included airconditioned dorm room beds on Koh Phangan and Fan Rooms on Koh Tao and to make the package even better value we have thrown in a fantastic package of extras which are detailed below.
Koh Phangan gets totally booked weeks before the Full Moon Parties and both ferry boats and rooms on Koh Tao also get totally full with most already pre-booked due to the thousands of people at the parties so we strongly advise you to pre-book weeks in advance.
On Koh Phangan you will be provided with an aircon dorm bed which is located in the heart of Haadrin so you will be central to everything and on Koh Tao you will be close to Sairee/Mae Head Beach area on the west coast and within walking distance of all the action.
At the beach, you will be joining upto 20,000 other revelers to dance the night away and relax in the daytime simply lying on the beach to catch some rays in this amazing paradise setting before the evenings party starts again.
On the evening of day one we all get together at Backpackers Thailand office at 7pm for our welcome drink, meet & greet and safety talk then take all our party package full mooners to our local bar for an evening of fun and party games with all drinks discounted!
Our newest addition to the package is the 'Backpackers Bar Hop' where on evening two we visit three local bars which provide you with 20% discount on drinks, party games and gives you a chance to see some of the best bars in Haadrin
To balance yourselves we have included a couple of relaxing trips have been included to enjoy the whole of Koh Phangan. So rather than just staying in Haadrin village partying 24/7, the island boat tour will take you around the rest of the island to see a few of the other amazing beaches and snorkel on the amazing coral reef.
You will also join the full day Safari Tour which is an entertaining day out will take you internally overland by truck through the island to enjoy the outstanding beauty of this amazing place and you will enjoy an elephant ride, visit the jungle interior, a waterfall and a temple to make your visit to Koh Phangan complete. After an amazing free lunch, you will visit the Hungarian run 'Phangan Spirit' jungle distillery that makes the purest and only Schnapps on the island. They use local fruits such as mangos and bananas and flavour it with orange, pineapple & mountain honey. You will get a free shot then a tour of the distillery and if you want, you can buy the spirit mixed in their amazing fruit cocktails or in a bottle.
This unique Scuba Dive package includes your PADI Open Water Course with a further 4 nights fan room accommodation included at our five star PADI dive school on the island.
