"I had a great time in Koh Phangan! I booked the Full Moon Party 5 day package with a friend and had a blast. Backpackers Thailand offered us a great service way beyond what you would normally expect from a travel agency. Not only did they supervise every trip we did so it would go as planned (once you get to Thailand you'll value how important that can be) but they were accessible at all times (literally, they offered their cell numbers), would always be there to offer advise (honest, sound advice, too) and would follow up on every activity. The activities were fun and safe and since the rest of the people doing the packages went with us in most of them we got to make good friends by the time the Full Moon came. In short, I was so pleased that I also decided to book my Open Water Package with Backpackers Thailand. Now, that is something I recommend everyone doing! I learned the basics at the Lotus Dive Resort from the owner. He is an absolute master: he is attentive, has a vast experience and is constantly making sure you have as much fun as possible in the safest way. I really have no way of explaining how magical my first immersions (dives) were. Backpackers Thailand recommended me to pay a little extra to do all the immersions (dives) at Sail Rock and I could never be more thankful for yet another piece of invaluable advice from Bambi (Backpacker's Thailand's owner). Thanks to it I was lucky enough to see sharks in all of my immersions (dives). You have to trust me, learning to dive surrounded by Bull Sharks, an 8 meter Whale shark, barracuda schools and a thousand species of fish in a crystal clear water is an invaluable experience. I thank Backpacker's Thailand and Lotus Dive resort for their professionalism, honesty and reliability and recommend them to everyone."

*Check the full moon party dates on our full moon section
*Package bookings should be undertaken at least a week prior to Full Moon parties and for high seasons July, August, January, February & March at least two weeks prior to the parties as rooms can get full early.
*Don't forget to take out personal travel insurance that covers you for the activities in the package.
*It may be beneficial to visit a doctor to get a doctors certificate allowing you to dive prior to starting your dive course
*It is not possible to dive with any asthma, respirority conditions, pregnancy or epilepsy.
*Schedule, dive sites & days may change due to weather conditions.
*Please check the dive section on this website for more detailed information about our Koh Phangan dive course and school.
*Please be aware that we cannot accept any responsibility for party dates changing due to buddha days, public holidays, royal events or local and national authority voting days.
*Be aware that the body paint on party nights is non washable and any damage to linen in your rooms will be subject to a fine set by the accommodation
*A key deposit will be taken and it is your responsibility to reclaim it when you depart and any loss of key will incur a loss of deposit.

The famous original Full Moon beach party is here and the best party package on the island is this! Join the fun and frolics on Haadrin Nok beach every night leading up to the Party itself!
Your aircon dorm is located in the heart of Haadrin so you will be central to everything! Accommodations across the island are normally fully booked weeks before the parties so make sure you book the package early to get your bed!
You will be joining upto 20,000 other revelers to dance the night away and when not doing your dive course, you can relax in the daytime, by simply lying on the beach to catch some rays in this amazing paradise setting before the evenings party starts again.
On the evening of day one we all get together at Backpackers Thailand office at 7pm for our welcome drink, meet & greet and safety talk then take all our party package full mooners to our local bar for an evening of fun and party games with all drinks discounted!
Our newest addition to the package is the 'Backpackers Bar Hop' where on evening two we visit three local bars which provide you with 20% discount on drinks, party games and gives you a chance to see some of the best bars in Haadrin
This unique Scuba Dive package includes your PADI Open Water Course with free pickup's on Koh Phangan to our five star PADI dive school on the island over three days. So why not use your time on Koh Phangan productively and take three of your six days to get your scuba qualification? You will do four dives to maximum 18 meters max and get a lifelong PADI card so you can dive anywhere in the world.
The Full Moon party Scuba packages we have put together are designed for you to meet new friends, socialise and have fun with others and have the time of your lives!
